About the Role

Join Enotek to gain hands-on experience in petrol station maintenance, upgrading and construction projects involving both Civil & Structural (C&S) and Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works.

We welcome candidates from either discipline who are eager to learn and grow. You don't need to know everything — we're looking for the right attitude and willingness to learn.

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• 1–2 years of site experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Willing to learn both C&S and M&E works.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working at different project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site activities and subcontractors across C&S and M&E works.
• Ensure site activities comply with safety requirements, work permits and approved risk control measures.
• Inspect workmanship and ensure all works meet approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor site progress, work sequencing and material requirements.
• Prepare site reports, inspection requests and progress updates.
• Identify safety hazards, quality issues and site constraints, and promptly report them to the Project Manager.
