Full Time Sales Assistant - Hypermarket Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,800 in COLLA BEEF SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

Job Summary:

To support the hypermarket sales team in monitoring sales performance, managing vacuum-packed product sales under consignment and outright arrangements, assisting with promotional activities, and supporting the expansion of new outlets.

Job Description:

• Prepare and submit regular hypermarket sales reports.
• Monitor vacuum-packed product sales under consignment and outright arrangements.
• Assist the Team Leader in planning and executing promotional activities and product sampling.
• Support the Team Leader in identifying and developing new hypermarket outlets.
• Monitor product stock levels, sales movement, and product availability at hypermarket outlets.
• Maintain good relationships with hypermarket personnel to support sales growth.
• Assist in coordinating product deliveries, promotions, and other sales-related activities.
• Perform other sales-related duties as assigned by the Team Leader or Management.

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in sales, retail, or hypermarket operations is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of sales reporting, stock monitoring, and product merchandising.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work effectively in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for sales reporting and data monitoring.
