about the job

• To take part in end-to-end SAP FICO project eg ; business requirement gathering, understand business processes, hands-on functional configuration based on requirements (eg ; SAP table and data structure), UAT & others
• To participate in a blueprint creation (if any).
• To execute configuration & maintaining SAP FICO modules.
• To understand and analyze business requirements related to SAP FICO and collaborate with different stakeholders
• Identify key business processes and pain points of the solutions
• Address specific business needs and requirements.
• Develop comprehensive solution designs, considering factors such as scalability, efficiency, and industry best practices.
• To work together with project teams to facilitate seamless integration and support of SAP FICO .
• Identify and troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies, implementing optimizations to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
• To maintain a good relationship with the business users lead & other related stakeholders
• To execute daily Event Management, Incident Management, Change Request when necessary
• To troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

about the manager/team

You will work with different stakeholders, Project Manager, Business Process Owner, Key Business Users, Business Analyst, Functional & other Technical Consultants and programmers within SAP FICO project & support role

about requirements:

• Someone with at least 1 full cycle end to end implementation project for SAP FICO is an added advantage but not compulsary.
• Someone with at least 5 years of working experience in SAP FICO support project either in L3 or L2 is an added advantage but not compulsary.
• Those with exposure in either one of these SAP FICO subdomains ; AP / AR / GL / Bank / Fixed Assets / CO / Finance Reporting / others is an added advantage but not compulsary.
• Those with experience integrating SAP FICO with any internal or 3rd Party systems eg ; SAP SD / SAP MM / SAP EWM / any 3PL/4PL providers is an added advantage but not compulsary.
• Those with exposure in either one of these integration tools (from functional perspective) ; API / Dell Boomi / other integration tools is an added advantage but not compulsary (this is still a functional role and not a technofunctional or a technical role)
• SAP S/4HANA experience is an added advantage but not compulsary (SAP FICO on ECC is welcome to appply).
• Those who has expsosure in regional / global role supporting multi country SAP FICO is an added advantage but not compulsary.
• Those with either one of these keystack : SAP Fiori / SAP GUI / minor ABAP debugging and code reading (all of the techncial keystack is from functional perspective, this is still a functional role and not a technofunctional or a technical role) is an added advantage but not compulsary.
• Someone within SCM/ Logistic / retail industry is an added advantage but not compulsary.

about the salary & benefits

• Only for MALAYSIAN or those that do not require VISA to work in Msia
• up to RM 22,000, can be increased to experienced consultant who already earned more
