We're Hiring: BIM Coordinator (Semiconductor) | Singapore

Are you experienced in BIM coordination and passionate about working on complex industrial or high-tech projects? We are looking for a BIM Coordinator to support model coordination and ensure smooth collaboration across multiple project disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, organise, and federate architectural, structural, MEP, and specialist discipline models.
• Perform and support clash detection and model review activities.
• Identify, document, assign, and track coordination issues through to closure.
• Coordinate with different discipline teams to resolve model discrepancies and design clashes.
• Maintain clash reports, issue registers, meeting minutes, model registers, and revision records.
• Ensure models and drawings reflect approved design changes and the latest project information.
• Support model quality checks, drawing/model consistency reviews, and submissions.
• Monitor outstanding issues and escalate critical or overdue items to the BIM Manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma, degree, or equivalent practical experience in a relevant discipline.
• Hands-on experience in BIM modelling or coordination.
• Working knowledge of Revit and model-review/clash-detection tools.
• Strong coordination, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple coordination issues and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Experience:

• Exposure to semiconductor, cleanroom, pharmaceutical, data centre, or other complex industrial projects.
• Experience with federated models, clash reports, and issue tracking.
• Familiarity with coordination meetings, model exchange procedures, and Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows.
