Requirements

• Open to Malaysian citizens only.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in restaurant or F&B management.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.

• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

• Manage the daily operations of the restaurant.

• Lead, train, motivate, and supervise the restaurant team.

• Ensure excellent food quality, customer service, and cleanliness standards.

• Prepare staff schedules and oversee daily operations.

• Monitor inventory, control costs, and minimize wastage.

• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.

• Achieve sales targets and operational KPIs.
