Requirement

• Malaysian & Chinese candidates welcome; fluent in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia

• Minimum 1 year experience in front-of-house / restaurant supervision

• Service-minded, responsible, good leadership and communication skills

Working Hours:

• 8 hours per day, 11:00 – 21:00

• Includes 1 hour meal break + 1 hour rest break

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensure smooth service and high guest satisfaction

• Manage, train and schedule service staff; maintain service standards and workplace discipline

• Greet guests, handle inquiries and resolve complaints professionally

• Monitor dining area cleanliness, table arrangement and service flow

• Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure timely order delivery

• Assist with inventory, supplies and daily reporting tasks

• Uphold restaurant hygiene, safety and brand standards
