Full Time Ecommerce Assistant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Wintop International Food Selangor - Maukerja

• SPM / Diploma / Degree, fresh graduate is welcome.

• Must know CANVA, able to create simple advertising poster, product picture editing and social media visuals.

• Basic computer skill (Excel, Word), able to do data entry and simple report.

• Responsible, fast learner, able to work under fast pace environment.

• Basic communication in English & Mandarin

Working Time: 10am–7pm

• Manage daily store operation: product listing, price update, stock update, order processing and daily store monitoring.

• Handle customer pre-sales and after-sales enquiry, refund, exchange and review management.

• Use Canva to design product poster, social media post, shop banner, product simple editing & marketing visual material.

• Prepare daily/weekly sales report, stock report and operation data record.

• Assist in campaign setup, promotion arrangement, content scheduling for social media & marketplace store.

• Coordinate with warehouse and operation team, follow up order shipment and daily operation task.

• Assist admin and operation daily tasks assigned by superior.
