Full Time R&D Chef Cum Chef de Partie (CDP) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 7,800 + additional compensation in Arbell Hospitality WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Minimum 2–3 years of professional kitchen experience.

Experience as a CDP, Senior Commis or equivalent.

R&D / menu development experience is an advantage.

Strong cooking and food preparation skills.

Good understanding of food costing, portion control and yield.

Creative and passionate about developing new dishes.

Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.

Able to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency.

Able to work independently and under pressure.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Develop and test new dishes, recipes and menu items.

Conduct recipe trials, tasting and product improvement.

Assist with food costing, portion control and recipe standardization.

Manage assigned kitchen station and ensure smooth service.

Maintain food quality, consistency and presentation.

Train and guide junior kitchen staff.

Maintain food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.

Assist Head Chef / Sous Chef with menu development and daily kitchen operations.
