Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

Previous experience in administration, construction, engineering, or project-related environments is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.

Willing to learn and work closely with different departments and project/site teams.

Experience on applying licenses and deal with authority will be prioritized

Handle daily administrative and clerical activities for the company.

Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents and records.

Assist in preparing quotations, letters, reports, forms, and other administrative documents.

Manage filing systems and ensure documents are properly maintained.

Coordinate with project, procurement, accounting, and site teams on administrative matters.

Assist with project documentation, including purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices, and other relevant records.

Handle emails, phone calls, correspondence, and general office coordination.

Support management and project teams with day-to-day administrative requirements.

Monitor office supplies and arrange replenishment when necessary.

Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
