Review and moderate video, image, and text content against company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality standards.

Apply sound judgment, attention to detail, and local market context to all moderation decisions.

Review sensitive, explicit, or disturbing material objectively and professionally.

Escalate complex, urgent, or high-risk cases to the appropriate internal teams promptly.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce products, platform policies, and industry practices.

Consistently meet accuracy, turnaround time (TAT), and productivity targets, especially during high-volume campaigns.

Adapt smoothly to policy revisions, operational adjustments, and rotating shift schedules.

Complete ad-hoc operational tasks assigned by management.

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant Content Moderation experience.

Proficient in Japanese and English: Japanese JLPT N1 or equivalent, and English B2 or equivalent.

Diploma or above in any field.

Strong attention to detail, judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Good understanding of Japanese culture, online trends, and digital platforms.

Able to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure BPO environment.

Japanese typing speed: Minimum 192 WPM (B+ level or above).

Willing to work on a 24/7 rotational shift, including weekends and public holidays.

Experience in Trust & Safety, BPO, Customer Service, or E-commerce is an advantage.
