Artcage Rent Sdn Bhd is a leading provider of interactive event solutions, specializing in interactive & fun arcade game rentals, customized event interactive games, and event setups for corporate and private events.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing client inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring smooth coordination from quotation to project delivery.

Working Hours: 10.00AM - 7.00PM (1 hour Lunch Break)

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (spoken & written)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Canva)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills

• Experience in sales coordination, admin, or event related industry is an advantage

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop is a plus

• Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, social media, and phone calls

• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and recommend suitable event solutions

• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales-related documents

• Process and verify purchase orders, payments, and customer details

• Maintain and update customer database and sales records

• Follow up with clients on quotations and ongoing projects

• Coordinate internally with operations and event teams to ensure smooth delivery

• Assist in scheduling logistics, event dates, and delivery timelines

• Support sales team in achieving targets and closing deals

• Perform general administrative and ad-hoc tasks as required
