Plan and organize cleaning schedules and assign duties to cleaning staff.
Monitor staff performance and ensure cleaning tasks are completed according to company standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Train and guide cleaning staff on cleaning procedures and workplace safety.
Monitor cleaning equipment, materials, and supplies.
Coordinate with clients and management regarding daily operations.
Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues.
Maintain staff attendance records and prepare daily reports.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in cleaning operations or supervision.
Good leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of cleaning procedures and workplace safety standards.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple work sites.
Responsible, hardworking, and well-organized.
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
Able to work under pressure and meet operational requirements.
