Responsibilities
About the role
This is a part-time retail position in a fashion and accessories store. You will be the first point of contact for customers, supporting store sales and daily operations across a range of tasks from customer service to stock management and store maintenance.
Key responsibilities
Welcome customers and recommend suitable products
Support store sales and provide attentive customer service
Handle payments and cashier duties accurately
Replenish stock and assist with inventory checks
Maintain store cleanliness, including sweeping and tidying during opening and closing shifts
Support opening and closing procedures as assigned
Assist with online orders and daily store operations
About you
Friendly, responsible and comfortable engaging with customers
Interested in fashion, accessories and discovering new brands
Proactive and willing to learn
Retail experience is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided
Weekend and public holiday availability preferred
