Responsibilities
Our client, an established Mechanical & Electrical engineering company in Singapore, is seeking an experienced
BIM Modeller (ACMV)
to support its project team.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare detailed
ACMV (Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) shop drawings
based on as-built drawings.
Ensure drawings are completed and submitted within project timelines.
Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and technical requirements.
Work closely with project and engineering teams to update and amend drawings for project coordination.
Assist in preparing and organising documentation for record-keeping and BIM process submissions.
Support the Project Manager with project completion activities.
Perform other project-related assignments when required.
Job Requirements
ITE, Diploma or Degree in
Mechanical Engineering
or equivalent.
Knowledge of
AutoCAD and Revit MEP modelling
.
Relevant
BIM / ACMV modelling experience
is required.
Experience preparing ACMV shop drawings will be advantageous.
Good understanding of Mechanical / ACMV building services.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to coordinate effectively with project and engineering teams.
Working Arrangement
5-day work week.
Project-based position in Singapore.
