Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Technical Support and Troubleshooting for cloud-based and on-premise environments.
• Candidates should possess skills in System Administration, including user management, configuration, and basic server maintenance.
• Candidates should possess skills in Networking, covering fundamental network protocols, connectivity, and performance monitoring.
• Candidates should possess skills in Network Security, with an understanding of access controls, encryption, and security best practices.
• Relevant experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and ticketing/support tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Shah Alam, manage priorities in a fast-paced environment, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with healthcare or regulated environments and knowledge of data privacy practices is an advantage.
• A diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
