** Training Location: D’Laksa AEON Nilai Outlet
** JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Learn about the company’s background, business operations and strategic planning.
- Ensure daily operations and food preparation run smoothly according to company SOPs.
- Maintain food quality, cleanliness and a comfortable dining environment.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints and feedback.
- Monitor staff performance, productivity and work schedules.
- Train new employees and conduct interviews for Kitchen Helper positions.
- Monitor daily sales and stock, and prepare weekly sales performance reports.
- Ensure the quality of raw materials and maintain records related to halal compliance, pest control and audits.
- Work closely with the company management and AEON management.
- Work on a shift basis and be willing to travel outstation during rotation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
