Full Time Technical Project Manager Jobs, in Elitez India - Maukerja

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an experienced "Technical Project Manager" to manage infrastructure and technology projects across manufacturing and plant environments.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in infrastructure project delivery, along with working knowledge of Plant IT/OT, Process Control Systems (PCS), and Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM/MES).

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resources.

- Coordinate infrastructure, application, cybersecurity, engineering, and plant operations teams.

- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.

- Drive project governance, stakeholder meetings, and status reporting.

- Oversee technical infrastructure delivery and vendor coordination.

- Manage cutover planning, transition readiness, and operational handover.

- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Strong experience in Technical Project Management and IT Infrastructure Delivery.

- Working knowledge of Plant IT/OT, PCS, and MOM/MES environments.

- Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

- Strong project planning, risk management, and delivery governance skills.

- Experience with cutover, transition, and infrastructure handover.

- Knowledge of ITIL practices.

- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification is an added advantage.

Good to Have:

- Windows Server, VMware, Nutanix.

- LAN/WAN, networking, and site connectivity.

- ServiceNow, MS Project, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
