Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm

Alternate Saturday: 8:00am – 12:30pm

Job Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and site team.
• Maintain site records, documents, correspondence and reports.
• Handle public/resident enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Prepare notices and coordinate with residents, businesses and relevant stakeholders.
• Source construction materials, tools, equipment and services.
• Obtain quotations, conduct price comparisons and prepare Purchase Orders.
• Coordinate and follow up with suppliers on deliveries to site.
• Verify Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders and invoices.
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, Accounts and project personnel.
• Maintain proper purchasing, supplier and site administration records.
• Assist in keying in worker timesheets in HRIS system.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Director, Project and Office Manager

Job Requirements

• Diploma / NITEC / Higher NITE or equivalent qualification
• Relevant experience in the construction industry is preferred.
• Experience in site administration, PRO duties and/or purchasing will be an advantage.
• Familiar with construction materials and site operations.
• Good communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
• Able to handle public enquiries and complaints tactfully and professionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Independent, organised and able to multitask.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Able to work at the Pasir Ris project site.
