Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for pre & post contract management.
Evaluation of tender & preparation of tender submission & BQ.
Attend tender interviews.
Prepare Cost estimation.
Monitor progress claims submitted by subcontractors and prepare payment certificates accordingly.
Provide support to the Tender & Contracts Department as required.
Assist with procurement activities, attend site meetings, monitor deliveries, and track overall project progress and timelines.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, Building, Architecture, or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the building or construction industry is preferred.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently under pressure.
Knowledge of contract administration and tender procedures will be an advantage.
