Full Time Driver cum Dispatch Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,800 in PALM WORLD SDN BHD Federal Territory - Maukerja

Job Overview:

To provide safe, punctual and reliable transportation services for authorised personnel, documents, parcels and company items while performing dispatch, clerical and administrative duties.

The position requires a high level of honesty, trustworthiness, integrity, confidentiality, responsibility and dependability. The employee may be entrusted with confidential documents, cheques, company property, vehicle keys, fuel cards, expenses and other important assignments on behalf of Management.

The employee is expected to protect the Company's interests, comply with authorised instructions, maintain accurate records, navigate Malaysian roads independently and demonstrate professional conduct at all times.

Job Descriptions:

• Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
• Carrying out vehicle maintenance checks.
• Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
• Picking up office purchases or other administrative needs inclusive dispatcing.
• Transporting Chairman/director/mgmt. team from time to time and vice versa, in a safe, timely manner.
• Utilizing navigation apps to find the most optimal route.
• Maintaining an organized travel schedule.
• Ensuring that vehicles have sufficient fuel and are always ready for use.
• Arranging for vehicle repairs when necessary.
• Assisting administration job as and when required.

Requirements:

• A valid driver's license.
• Minimum 3-year driving experience.
• Extensive knowledge of the operating area.
• Physical strength and good stamina.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Good verbal communication.
• Proficiency using GPS devices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
