Responsibilities
Handle public relations matters and resolve issues arising from construction projects.
Manage public and residents' complaints, enquiries, feedback and requests.
Coordinate with government agencies, statutory authorities, residents, town councils, consultants and contractors.
Attend project progress meetings, site walkabouts and stakeholder coordination sessions.
Prepare weekly updates and monthly project reports.
Assist in organising public relations activities and community engagement programmes, including festive events.
Maintain effective communication and positive relationships with project stakeholders.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant construction site experience.
Strong communication, interpersonal and coordination skills.
