Role Description The Junior Data Analyst / Data Analyst / Senior Data Analyst will support Learn Graphic Tools in understanding audience behavior, content performance, and engagement trends across LinkedIn and other digital channels. In this remote role, the analyst will collect, clean, and organize data from various sources, build dashboards and reports, and provide insights that guide content strategy and growth initiatives. Day-to-day tasks may include analyzing follower growth, post reach, and interaction metrics; identifying patterns in user engagement; and making data-informed recommendations to improve tutorials, posting schedules, and campaign effectiveness. Depending on seniority, the role may also involve designing analytical frameworks, mentoring other team members on data literacy, and collaborating closely with content and marketing stakeholders to shape long-term strategy.

Qualifications

• Data analysis and interpretation skills, including experience working with datasets, identifying trends, and generating actionable insights.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn analytics, Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, or similar reporting tools).
• Ability to create clear dashboards and reports that communicate complex data in an accessible, visual way.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail when validating data quality and consistency.
• Effective communication skills for presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders and collaborating with content and marketing teams.
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment, managing time, and prioritizing tasks across multiple projects.
• Knowledge of social media metrics, digital marketing concepts, or audience segmentation is beneficial.
• Background in a quantitative field (such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related experience) is an advantage; all levels (Junior, Mid, Senior) are encouraged to apply.
