Full Time Marketing Specialist (Japanese Speaker) Jobs, in CXC Federal Territory - Maukerja

We’re supporting one of our clients in hiring a Marketing Specialist (Japenese Speaker) to help deliver and localize marketing campaigns for the Japanese market. The role will focus on ensuring marketing content feels natural, culturally relevant, and engaging for Japanese audiences.

What you’ll do:

• Translate and localize English marketing content into natural, engaging Japanese.
• Adapt content across websites, social media, digital ads, emails, articles, brochures, and events.
• Execute Japan-focused marketing campaigns in collaboration with the regional HQ team.
• Support content creation, social media, landing pages, email marketing, and basic SEO.
• Review Japanese-facing materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and cultural relevance.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on Japanese market trends and audiences.
• Support basic campaign reporting, including leads, engagement, email performance, and event registrations.

What we’re looking for:

• Around 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, content, or communications.
• Excellent Japanese communication skills, with the ability to create and localise content effectively for Japanese audiences.
• Strong business English.
• Experience localizing marketing content for Japanese audiences.
• Comfortable working across different marketing channels and tools, including Canva, website platforms, and AI tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Experience in education, international education, or study abroad is an advantage.
