Possess a valid Malaysian driving license (Class D or E).

Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a driver, preferably within the construction or logistics industry.

Demonstrated ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and minor repairs to ensure vehicle roadworthiness.

Excellent time management skills with the ability to plan routes efficiently and adhere to delivery schedules.

Strong understanding of traffic laws and safe driving practices in Malaysia.

Ability to read and understand delivery notes, invoices, and other relevant documentation.

Good communication skills in English to interact with clients and internal staff.

Physical fitness to handle loading and unloading of materials as required.

Willingness to work full-time hours and adapt to potential overtime needs.

Familiarity with the Subang Jaya and surrounding Klang Valley areas is an advantage.

Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods, materials, and personnel to designated locations within Malaysia, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure operational safety and report any mechanical issues or defects promptly to the fleet manager.

Maintain accurate logs of travel time, distance, and cargo, including delivery receipts and other required documentation.

Manage delivery schedules efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to construction sites, suppliers, and clients.

Assist with loading and unloading of materials and equipment as needed, ensuring proper handling and securing of all items to prevent damage.

Perform basic vehicle maintenance, such as checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and cleaning the vehicle, to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and other team members regarding delivery status, potential delays, or any issues encountered during transit.

Adhere to all safety regulations and company protocols, including those related to hazardous materials if applicable, to ensure a safe working environment.

Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients and the public, representing the company in a professional manner.

Identify and report any potential hazards or safety concerns on routes or at delivery sites to contribute to overall site safety.
