About Our team

We are a dynamic, dedicated team that provides management and support for a global guarding services account that spans across 30+ countries. Our client is an industry-leading datacenter organization, and we pride ourselves on delivering best-in-class solutions through our teams made up of Security Operations, Business Operations, Shared Services, Threat and Incident Management, Environmental Health and Safety, and Human Resources.

About the role

This role works closely with internal teams, integrators, consultants, suppliers, and other stakeholders to coordinate program initiatives, maintain visibility of schedules, milestones, dependencies, and provide reliable reporting and management information. The PMO also supports fit-for-purpose project controls, data and documentation practices, and continuous improvement across the regional Design & Delivery function.

The role requires strong program coordination, analytical and communication skills, confidence working across diverse stakeholder groups, proficiency with Microsoft collaboration tools, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

What you’ll do

In this role, you will coordinate regional programs and initiatives, maintaining visibility of key deliverables, schedules, milestones, dependencies, actions, and completion status. You will also coordinate and facilitate regular business reviews with key stakeholders, including integrators, consultants, suppliers, and internal partners. You will support effective stakeholder engagement through presentations, training sessions, regular meetings and concise program updates.

You will facilitate data collection from external partners and maintain reporting and executive information that provide a reliable view of program KPIs and matters requiring leadership attention. You will help ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of the supporting data.

You will develop, maintain, and refresh project and process documentation, including templates, tracking tools, Statements of Work (SOWs), and other materials using Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and related platforms. You will support forward planning and visibility of pipelines, workloads and scheduling dependencies and potential delivery constraints. You will identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate existing processes when required, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency, consistency, data quality, and scalability.

Working closely with the global Program Management Officer team, you will help identify and implement regional program improvements, support adoption of new or revised tools and ways of working while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of APAC-specific data. You will deliver assigned projects and tasks in accordance with established requirements, deadlines, applicable employment law, company policy and client expectations. You will exercise independent judgement, manage competing priorities and provide proportionate operational support to enable regional strategic outcomes.

As part of the role, you will engage with internal and external customers as appropriate to represent and support the client's datacenter physical security programs, while maintaining confidentiality, exercising discretion, and always protecting sensitive client information.

What you need to apply

We are looking for an experienced professional with a bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline preferred, along with at least 5 years of experience in program or project management, PMO, project controls, business operations, delivery coordination, or a comparable role within a complex regional environment.

You will need proficient-level skills using Microsoft Office applications and collaboration tools. Familiarity with Agile methodology, workflow or project management and dashboarding tools is highly desirable.

You should be comfortable presenting data and information to internal and external stakeholders and using problem-solving skills to translate data into meaningful business insights and recommendations. Strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to balance detailed execution with strategic thinking are important for success in this role.

You must be able to manage assigned projects and tasks responsibly, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, exercise independent judgment and decision-making, and proactively identify risks, dependencies and information gaps. You should also be adaptable, comfortable learning new tools and resources, and able to interact effectively across different levels and cultures throughout the APAC region.

Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills are required, including confidence presenting to customers, senior leaders, executives, and larger audiences. You should be able to coordinate across internal teams and external partners, influence without direct authority and operate professionally under pressure within a 24/7 security environment while maintaining a strong work and compliance ethic.

What you’ll get

We offer more than just a job — we offer the chance to be part of a supportive, collaborative team where your growth and contributions truly matter. In this role, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while working on a prestigious multinational client account, giving you firsthand exposure to global operations and cross-regional collaboration. We’re committed to employee development, with access to continuous learning, training programs, and career growth pathways designed to help you succeed and advance.

The extra stuff

You will need to hold a current passport or be able to obtain one and be available to travel internationally or domestically approximately 10% of the time, occasionally with limited notice.

You’ll also need to be comfortable with the occasional work during out-of-office hours to support the business during high-priority events and emergencies. Flexibility is required to attend the designated office once per week (at times, more) depending on team meetings and business needs.

Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal right to work in the job’s location. Candidates must also be willing to undergo the company’s pre-employment screening process, which includes a background check and drug screening.
