Full Time Planning Engineer (Primavera P6) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in Gadang Holdings Berhad Selangor - Maukerja

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Construction / Construction Management or a related field

Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Project Planner in the construction industry

Proficient in Primavera P6, with strong experience in project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring and reporting

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically

Proficient in data analysis and reporting to give stakeholders meaningful insights

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work well with cross-functional teams

Own transportation, and willing to work at the site office in Gombak area, Package 1A

Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules to track progress and meet key milestones

Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could affect project timelines

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficient resource allocation

Give regular updates on project status to stakeholders

Continuously optimise project plans to improve efficiency and productivity

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and industry best practices
