Hiring: CRM Developer – Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / .NET

Location: KLCC, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Onsite – 5 Days a Week)
Salary Budget: RM 18,000–RM 19,000 per month
Contract: 6 Months (Extendable)
Client: Banking Sector
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

We are looking for an experienced CRM Developer with strong C# and .NET expertise to develop, customize, integrate, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) solutions for a banking client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, customize, and deploy Microsoft Dynamics CRM / D365 CE solutions.
• Develop custom C# plugins, workflow activities, and JavaScript web resources.
• Integrate CRM with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs and OData.
• Work with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and PCF controls.
• Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and SSRS reports.
• Manage version control and deployments using Azure DevOps, Git, or TFS.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and provide ongoing technical support.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET / .NET Core, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Hands-on experience with CRM customization, configuration, plugins, and workflows.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, OData, and system integrations.
• Knowledge of Power Platform, SQL Server, and SSRS.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, or TFS.
• Mandatory: Prior Corporate Banking or Telecom CRM experience.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must currently be based in Malaysia.
• Malaysian citizens and expatriates currently residing in Malaysia are welcome.
• Must be immediately available to join.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at KLCC, 5 days a week.
