Adtech Sales - Outdoor advertising sales

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, building strong relationships and promoting innovative advertising technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new brands and potential clients to generate business.
• Develop new client relationships and explore business opportunities.
• Promote digital advertising and outdoor advertising (OOH) solutions to clients.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable advertising solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate with clients, follow up on business opportunities and close deals.
• Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain good relationships with existing clients and business partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
• Track sales performance and provide regular updates to management.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Client Acquisition.
• Experience in Outdoor Advertising (OOH), Media Sales, Digital Advertising or AdTech will be preferred.
• Good understanding of advertising, digital marketing and media solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and acquire clients.
• Experience in achieving sales targets and closing business deals.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
