Full Time Site Foreman-cum-Driver Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,800 in ADROITEAM PTE. LTD. Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

ADROITEAM PTE LTD is seeking a hands-on Site Foreman-cum-Driver to supervise day-to-day progress of building construction works including but not limited to repairs, redecoration and maintenance works, transportation of workers, materials and tools among project sites.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site works and coordinate workers and subcontractors.
• Plan daily work activities and arrange manpower, materials, tools and equipment.
• Monitor progress and workmanship against project requirements and schedules.
• Read and follow drawings, approved work methods and site instructions.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager and report progress, defects and site issues.
• Enforce site safety requirements, proper use of PPE and good housekeeping.
• Drive company vehicles to transport workers, materials and tools safely.
• Assist with loading and unloading using appropriate equipment and safe handling methods.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks and report defects or maintenance requirements.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in building construction, repairs & redecoration projects and maintenance, including supervision of site workers.
• Valid Singapore driving licence appropriate to the company vehicle assigned.
• Ability to understand relevant drawings, work instructions and safety procedures.
• Ability to organise daily work and coordinate workers and subcontractors.
• Work at and travel between project sites across Singapore.
• Relevant construction safety training or supervisory certification.
• Six full working days per week. Sunday duties may be required depending on project schedules
