Full Time Purchasing Executive [EL] Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,800 in WECRUIT PTE. LTD. Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

Manage the full procurement cycle, including supplier sourcing, RFQ preparation, price negotiation, shipment arrangements and delivery follow-ups.

Review material, component and equipment requirements based on Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and execute purchasing activities accordingly.

Monitor material availability and expedite deliveries with suppliers to meet production schedules.

Work closely with Supply Chain Planning to ensure timely material availability and support customer requirements.

Manage inventory levels and periodically review stocking policies and inventory control procedures.

Coordinate with logistics providers on shipment arrangements, delivery status and customs declarations.

Monitor supplier performance in terms of product quality, delivery fulfilment and inventory management.

Maintain purchasing records and databases, including vendor registration, purchase orders, delivery notes and invoice documentation for Finance processing.

Coordinate Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and NCT-related units with suppliers.

Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives.

Review and analyse Bills of Materials (BOM) to support purchasing and material planning activities.

Prepare and submit weekly and monthly procurement reports on time.

Prioritise tasks based on operational urgency and perform other duties as assigned.
