Join our team to provide expert servicing for high-end bicycles, ensuring quality maintenance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Perform detailed servicing and maintenance on high-end bicycles
Inspect bicycles to identify mechanical or performance issues and recommend appropriate servicing solutions
Acquire and apply product knowledge to select suitable parts and services that meet customer needs
Provide basic sales support to assist customers and enhance their purchasing experience
Collaborate with team members to complete servicing tasks efficiently and accurately
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and operational efficiency
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience working with high-performance bicycles
Minimum 18 years old

Location: Novena/Thomson area
Work schedule: 5 days per week, staggered schedule; 11am to 7pm
