Location: Sunway Velocity, Cheras, Kuala Lumpur

Salary: From RM2,500 per month
Employment Type: 6 Months (Potential for contract conversion to permanent)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Collection Executive to manage customer accounts, follow up on outstanding payments, and achieve collection targets.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM, STPM, Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline.

• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience.

• Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree and no prior working experience are welcome to apply.

• Experience in collections, debt recovery, banking or financial services will be an advantage.

• Good communication, negotiation and persuasion skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Good interpersonal skills, self-discipline and a strong sense of responsibility.

• Willing to work flexible hours and achieve assigned targets.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic salary starts from RM2,600 per month for fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree and no prior working experience.

• Salary for candidates with relevant working experience is subject to review and approval.

• Other terms and benefits are in accordance with the Employment Act.

Working Schedule

• Working days: 5 days per week, Monday to Saturday.

• Working hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

• Rest day: Sunday.

• Additional off day: One day between Monday and Saturday

• Manage customer accounts and monitor payment schedules to ensure timely payments.

• Conduct outbound calls to remind customers of upcoming and overdue payments.

• Achieve individual daily and monthly collection targets.

• Provide professional customer service and maintain positive customer relationships.

• Understand customers’ concerns and provide appropriate assistance regarding payment matters.

• Handle customer enquiries and requests effectively.

• Work closely with team members to support overall collection performance.
