We are hiring energetic and customer-oriented Retail Associates to join a leading international sportswear and lifestyle retail environment at Jurong East and Changi.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: $2,300–$2,500/month

• Attractive individual and/or team commissions

• Indicative monthly commission: $1,000–$2,000

• Potential total earnings of up to $4,500/month, depending on sales performance and commission

• AWS and performance bonuses

️ Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience

• Promote sportswear, footwear and lifestyle products to drive sales

• Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs

• Assist customers with product recommendations, sizing and purchases

• Maintain attractive product displays and store visual merchandising standards

• Handle stock replenishment, incoming and outgoing merchandise

• Support daily store operations, including opening and closing duties

• Maintain store cleanliness, safety and organisation
  

Job Requirements

• 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience, preferably in apparel, footwear or sportswear

• Passion for sports, fitness, sneakers or an active lifestyle

• Energetic, approachable and customer-focused

• Good communication skills and a strong team player

• Quick learner with a positive, sales-driven attitude

• Basic computer literacy and MS Office knowledge

• Physically fit and comfortable with regular lifting and carrying of merchandise
