Full Time COOK - CHEF DE PARTIE Jobs, Salary up to SGD 1,800 in RASEL CATERING SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, production requirements and food safety standards.
• Assist with daily food preparation for catering events and production.
• Ensure food quality, consistency and presentation meet company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation, kitchen equipment and surrounding areas.
• Follow proper food handling, storage and temperature-control procedures.
• Assist with receiving, storing and organising ingredients when required.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to complete daily production and event requirements.
• Follow instructions from the Chef, Sous Chef and Kitchen Management.
• Support other kitchen sections when required.
• Maintain a positive, disciplined and professional working environment.

Requirements

• Previous kitchen or food preparation experience is preferred.
• Candidates with limited experience but a strong willingness to learn are welcome.
• Basic understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced catering environment.
• Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
