Full Time Senior Software Engineer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 7,500 in STRATEQ Selangor - Maukerja

Job Requirement:    

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in software development, including at least 2 years operating at a senior or technical lead level.
3. Strong proficiency in one or more of the following: C#, .NET, Node.js and front-end frameworks such as React.
4. Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and software design patterns.
5. Proficient in relational database design and query optimisation using T-SQL.
6. Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or equivalent), and with Agile delivery tools such as Jira.
7. Has experience in containerization tools such as Docker, Kubernetes.
8. Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and cloud-native application design.
9. Familiarity with automated testing practices, including unit and integration testing frameworks
10. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to explain technical decisions to non-technical audiences.
11. Proficient with Git-based version control and branching strategies (GitHub, Azure Repos, or equivalent).

 Job Requirement:  

1. Design, develop, and maintain software applications based on user requirements and system specifications.
2. Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality and performance of the applications.
3. Create and maintain documentation for software design, codebase, and systems.
4. Participate in full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
5. Own the technical design and architecture of assigned modules or systems, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
6. Conduct peer code reviews and uphold coding standards, ensuring consistent quality across the team.
7. Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, providing technical guidance and supporting their development.
8. Adhere to Company’s policies and compliances.
9. Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into workable technical solutions, including effort estimation and risk identification.
10. Complete any mandatory trainings as required by the Company.
11. Any other duties as instructed by the Reporting Officer or Management.
