Full Time Production Shift Leader Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Found & Find Ent Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and supervise daily production activities according to the assigned production schedule and shift targets.
• Monitor production progress throughout the shift to ensure output targets, timelines and operational requirements are met.
• Ensure all production activities strictly follow established process specifications, work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Supervise and coordinate shop-floor employees, including manpower allocation, task distribution and shift scheduling to ensure smooth production operations.
• Monitor product quality during production and ensure all products meet the required quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct regular on-site inspections to monitor production processes, equipment conditions and workplace safety.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve routine production issues or operational abnormalities promptly to minimise production downtime.
• Escalate major production, quality, equipment or safety issues to the relevant management team for further action.
• Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, manpower attendance and other relevant operational documentation.
• Ensure proper shift handovers by communicating production progress, outstanding issues and necessary follow-up actions to the incoming shift team.
• Drive the implementation and standardisation of 6S workplace management practices to maintain a clean, organised, safe and efficient production environment.
• Work closely with other departments, including Quality, Maintenance and Production Management, to resolve operational issues and ensure production continuity.

Job Requirements

• Associate Degree or above. No specific field of study required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing shop-floor management or production supervision.
• Familiar with manpower scheduling, personnel coordination and production record-keeping.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes, production monitoring and workplace safety procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant office software.
• Knowledge of 6S, Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement practices will be an added advantage.
• Willing to work shifts, including night shifts.
• Strong on-site coordination, communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage production activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
