Full Time Collection Officer (Contract) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Askheadhunter Selangor - Maukerja

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Collection Officer to join our team in Petaling Jaya. The successful candidate will be responsible for following up on outstanding payments, negotiating repayment arrangements, and managing assigned accounts to achieve collection targets.

Candidates with experience in debt collection, credit recovery, credit control, or customer account management are encouraged to apply. Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact debtors through structured calls to follow up on overdue payments and achieve daily collection targets.
• Negotiate repayment arrangements and discuss suitable loan restructuring options to resolve outstanding arrears.
• Conduct site visits and searches to locate uncontactable hirers when necessary.
• Monitor and follow up on assigned accounts to ensure timely payment recovery.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities, payment arrangements, and account updates.
• Ensure all collection activities are conducted professionally and in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any relevant field.
• Preferably 1–3 years of working experience in debt collection, debt recovery, credit control, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Target-driven, persistent, and able to manage multiple accounts effectively.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
