Responsibilities:
Timeline & Team Coordination:
Communicate and manage delivery timelines efficiently with internal editing and finishing teams.
Budget & Client Communication:
Manage project budgets, manage client expectations, and communicate transparently with clients regarding costing, scope changes, and variations.
Resource & Bandwidth Management:
Collaborate closely with managers from respective departments to secure necessary talent and technical bandwidth for upcoming projects.
Client Relations & Feedback Loops:
Act as a key client touchpoint, hosting internal quality control (QC) reviews and translating client feedback into clear, actionable changes for the editing team.
Explore possible new tools / hardware that can be employed to optimise efficiency
Strong organisational skills with Spreadsheets a must
Basic understanding of
Adobe After Effects (AE)
is a strong plus
Requirements:
3 - 4 years of working experience
Intermediate understanding of tools used for AV (Premiere Pro, Da Vinci Resolve, Pro Tools, Logic)
Keen eye for detail
Highly detail-oriented with an ability to project manage
Proficient in the Google ecosystem (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides etc)
