Full Time Mobile - Crawler Crane (Rigger - Technician) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,170 in Sany International Developing(M)SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

Key responsibilities

• Perform crane assembly, installation, dismantling and rigging, including boom sections, counterweights, outriggers and other related components.
• Carry out loading and unloading of crane accessories and components, ensuring proper handling, securing and storage.
• Perform arrival Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) on cranes and other heavy machinery, checking for transportation damage, missing components and defects.
• Prepare and set up cranes for JKKP inspection, assist with preliminary checks and rectify technical issues as instructed.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of cranes and other SANY machinery, including trucks, dump trucks, diesel engines and hydraulic systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic and equipment-related faults and carry out necessary corrective actions.
• Conduct equipment testing and functional checks after assembly, maintenance or repair to ensure proper operation.
• Ensure all assembly, installation, rigging and repair activities comply with technical manuals, company procedures and workplace safety requirements.
• Prepare and maintain service reports, PDI checklists, maintenance records and other relevant documentation.
• Coordinate with the service team and relevant departments to ensure timely completion of assigned jobs.

Requirements

• Possess a relevant technical qualification, professional certificate or equivalent practical experience in mechanical engineering, heavy machinery or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in heavy machinery assembly, maintenance, repair or servicing.
• Candidates with hands-on experience in crane assembly, installation, dismantling and rigging will be highly preferred.
• Experience in servicing and repairing cranes, trucks, dump trucks, diesel engines and hydraulic systems will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical components, hydraulic systems and heavy equipment operations.
• Possess a valid driving licence.
• Willing to travel and work at customer sites when required.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a hands-on technical environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,130.00 - RM4,170.00 per month
