AESIRA Dental Clinic is looking for a creative, proactive and enthusiastic Content Creator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, producing and managing engaging digital content to strengthen the clinic’s online presence, increase brand awareness and attract potential patients through social media platforms.

Work Location: AESIRA Dental Clinic, Reko Sentral, Kajang, Selangor.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, shooting and publish engaging content across social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram and others. .

Develop creative content ideas to promote dental treatments, clinic services, promotional campaigns and oral health awareness.

Produce short-form videos, reels, photographs, graphics and other digital content aligned with the clinic’s branding and marketing objectives.

Film and edit videos featuring dentists, dental assistants, clinic facilities, dental procedures and behind-the-scenes activities.

Collaborate with dentists and clinic staff to develop accurate, informative and engaging

content about dental treatments and oral healthcare.

Write compelling captions, video scripts, headlines and calls to action to encourage audience engagement and appointment enquiries.

Research social media trends, popular content formats and competitor activities to identify new content opportunities.

Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely publication.

Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, seasonal campaigns and special events organised by the clinic.

Monitor social media comments and direct messages professionally and direct appointment enquiries to the relevant clinic personnel where required.

Track content performance, including views, reach, engagement, follower growth and

appointment enquiries generated.

Prepare regular content performance reports and recommend strategies to improve content effectiveness.

Maintain consistent branding, professional communication and appropriate healthcare content standards.

Obtain appropriate consent before recording or publishing identifiable patient images, videos or testimonials.

Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure content complies with applicable privacy

requirements and dental advertising guidelines.

Perform other content creation and marketing-related duties assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Multimedia,

Creative Media, Marketing or a related field is an advantage.

Minimum one year of experience in content creation, social media management or digital

marketing. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.

Proficient in video editing and content creation tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro or other relevant software.

Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant social media platforms.

Able to develop creative content ideas, write engaging captions and produce high-quality short-form videos.

Confident in filming content and coordinating with dentists, clinic staff and other content participants.

Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.

Creative, resourceful, proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Possesses good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Able to manage multiple projects, organise content schedules and meet deadlines.

Willing to appear on camera when required or coordinate on-camera content with team

members.

Able to follow brand guidelines, patient confidentiality requirements and healthcare

advertising standards.

A portfolio of previous content, video editing work or social media projects is an advantage.

Experience working with dental clinics, healthcare providers or service-based businesses is an

added advantage.
