Ansari Family Clinic & Surgery seeks a friendly, empathetic Clinic Assistant/Phlebotomist to join their supportive team. Training is provided for candidates eager to learn and work well with others in a healthcare setting.
Job Summary
Join Ansari Family Clinic & Surgery as a Clinic Assistant/Phlebotomist to support patient care through registration, health screenings, assisting doctors, managing communications, and maintaining accurate medical records with confidentiality.
Responsibilities
Register patients and manage appointment scheduling to ensure smooth clinic operations
Perform basic health screenings to assist in patient assessments
Assist doctors during patient examinations and consultations to facilitate effective care
Handle incoming phone calls and emails, communicating professionally with patients and colleagues
Prepare and process medical reports and related documentation accurately and timely
Maintain accurate patient records and uphold confidentiality following Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) guidelines
Perform general clinic housekeeping and cleaning to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
Carry out other administrative and clinic duties as required to support daily operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Previous experience in a clinic, healthcare setting, or customer service role
Previous experience or training in phlebotomy (blood taking)
Relevant phlebotomy certification or practical experience
Ability to converse in more than one language (advantageous for patient communication)
Good computer skills and experience with administrative work
Other Information
Salary
S$1,800–S$2,500 per month, depending on qualifications, skills, and experience
Working Hours
Two shifts available with flexible scheduling where possible:
AM Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
PM Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Lunch Break: 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM
