Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer management.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and identify suitable candidates.
Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, LinkedIn and referrals.
Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate suitability for the role.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
Coordinate interviews and follow up on feedback to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Manage candidate communication, expectations and salary discussions throughout the hiring journey.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Support employee referral initiatives, reference checks and pre-employment arrangements.
Assist with recruitment reporting and other HR-related projects as required.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline.
Prior experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or a related field.
