Job Description
Responsibilities
Process shipping documents and monitor shipment movements and proof of delivery (POD) status.
Coordinate with internal departments, external partners and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
Arrange and monitor delivery schedules for incoming materials and outgoing finished goods.
Handle damaged shipment claims and follow up on resolution.
Coordinate with logistics planners on shipment forecasts and logistics arrangements.
Support cross-border shipments, customs clearance and international trade compliance.
Liaise with the Facility Manager and Warehouse team on waste disposal and recycling activities.
Verify supplier invoices and coordinate with the Finance team for processing.
Prepare weekly and monthly logistics reports and assist with operational improvements.
