Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
To support company management with annual manpower budget planning and execution.
To supervise work of HR Executive.
To liaise on HR matters with HR department of head office.
To organise and manage recruitment, training, on boarding, termination process for the company.
To handle immigration, pass application and relocation process for foreign employees.
To prepare and execute employment contracts and other employment related documents.
To manage work of HR providers (recruitment, training, medical insurance, online HR system).
To manage employees performance and labor relationship in line with labor legislation.
To coordinate payroll process and compensation related matters with involved parties.
To maintain relationship with local universities to attract graduates.
To create, prepare and ensure execution of HR procedures.
To execute duties of Data Protection Officer.
Job Requirements:
University degree in business field (HR related would be advantage);
5+ years of background in similar role, preferably in similar industry / business model;
Good knowledge ofHR operations, labour legislation and other HR areas;
Strong ability tobuild relationship with key stakeholders and offer solutions to their needs;
Being a flexibleteam player, result-oriented and willing to take initiative;
Fluent English is a must, Russian language is critical for communication with HR department in HQ.
