Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Petaling Jaya. This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, including researching potential markets, building pipelines, and qualifying leads. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle, preparing proposals, conducting presentations, and negotiating terms with prospective and existing clients. The Business Development Executive will maintain and grow key accounts, ensure high-quality client communication, and collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with customer needs. Regular reporting on business development activities and market trends is expected to support strategic planning and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to drive growth and expand market presence.
• Strong understanding of Business and Account Management to manage relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to present solutions clearly and build trust with stakeholders.
• Experience in sales, business development, or related roles, preferably in engineering, construction, or building services industries.
• Ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop actionable strategies.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic office software to track leads, activities, and performance metrics.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
