Key Responsibilities:-

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and manpower coordination.
• Coordinate training, employee development, and maintain training records.
• Handle employee relations and ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.
• Support performance appraisal, employee engagement, and recognition initiatives.
• Maintain HR records, employment documentation, attendance, and leave administration.
• Organize employee welfare programs and internal engagement activities.
• Prepare HR reports and provide administrative and advisory support to management.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by Management.
