Customer Relationship & Administration Officer
Location:
Bedok South / Jalan Lekar, Singapore
Salary:
$2,500 – $3,200 per month
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8.30 am – 5.30 pm

Customer Relationship & Administration Officer
who is organised, proactive and customer-oriented to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship & Support
Handle customer enquiries, requests and complaints professionally.
Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate service requests with Operations and follow up on resolutions.
Commercial & Contract Administration
Prepare quotations, contracts and renewal documentation.
Monitor contract renewals and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs).
Maintain accurate customer and contract records.
General Administration & Coordination
Prepare and follow up on Permit to Work (PTW) applications.
Coordinate with internal departments on customer requirements.
Handle general administrative duties and documentation.
Your responsibilities will be assigned based on your experience, strengths and suitability.
Requirements
GCE 'A' Level, Diploma or equivalent.
1–3 years of experience in customer service, customer relations or administration preferred.
Good written and spoken English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Organised, meticulous and able to multitask.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn.
Experience in a B2B service environment is an advantage.
