Job Description
Responsibilities
To coordinate with pm, consultants, clients to ensure that the project is properly executed;
Perform Site-walk-through to ensure contract performance, safety compliance and quality control with the intent of delivering projects.
Manage sub-contractors and suppliers effectively to ensure that the project is completed according to specifications, quality standards, cost and time frame.
Identify construction/engineering constraints, prepare construction cost estimates, and hand-off project for construction
In-charge of the testing and commissioning of the project.
Attend (construction, quality, safety) meeting as stand-in Project manager while ensure the site schedule/progress is on track. Station at site when necessary.
Assist in project tendering and operation
Other administrative matters
Requirements:
At least 2 years working experience in Construction Industry
Degree in Civil engineering field or equivalent with construction safety course certificates i.e. BCSS, Construction Safety Course for Project Manager, Risk Management, etc, is an added advantage
Ability to assist/correct/advice in façade designs and details, to read drawings/plans is a must as participations into workshops with architects, consultants and clients are a necessity.
Good planning and communication skills are necessary.
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Possess relevant certifications.
Possessing a Class 3 driving license with your own vehicle is an advantage
