What We’re Looking For (Your Secret Recipe)

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Hospitality, F&B Management, or “School of Hard Knocks” (experience counts!).

• 5–7 years in F&B/retail/hospitality, with at least 3 years leading a team. Food court/F&B multi-outlet experience? Big brownie points.

• Fluent in Mandarin and English (so you can chat with both the boss and the auntie at the noodle stall).

• Killer skills in problem-solving, cost control, customer service, and project management.

• Willing to travel between outlets and occasionally sacrifice weekends to the food court gods.

What You’ll Do (aka Your Daily Adventure)

• Be the Captain of our food courts — making sure every outlet runs smoothly, from peak lunch rush to late-night cleanup.

• Patrol the food courts like a superhero: checking cleanliness, food safety, food quality, tenant vibes, and customer happiness.

• Keep an eagle eye on sales, costing, and profitability — because every cent counts.

• Be the Customer Service Champion: step in when things get spicy (complaints, emergencies, or just a missing spoon).

• Recruit, train, and inspire our crew to deliver A+ service (bonus points if they smile while doing it).

• Lead new food court openings and renovations — from layout plans to ribbon cutting.

• Brainstorm with marketing to make our food courts more than just a meal stop — but a place people brag about visiting.
