Full Time Supply Chain Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in TC Contact Centre Services Federal Territory - Maukerja

Job Descriptions:

• Monitor and ensure timely and accurate receipt of shipping document (softcopy/hardcopy) including PCOs, according to the shipping schedule.
• Responsible for the timely and accurate entry of K1/K2 declarations into the Customs declaration system, as well as the submission of relevant documents to Customs (RMCD) and shipping liners.
• Monitor and coordinate Customs approval, duty payment processing, K1 chit issuance, and e-DO release to ensure timely preparation of gate passes for clearance.
• Monitor the validity of MOF exemptions and ensure accurate balance updates to facilitate Customs approval.
• Ensure timely job completion in the GSCM system and maintain organized e-filling and physical filling of all shipping documents.

Job Requirements:

• At least Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or any relevant subject.
• 1-3 years of working experience in logistics and / or custom brokerage.
• Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possession of a motorcycle and a valid Class B2 and Class D driving license will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of SMK and experience using customs declaration systems will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
